The Old Students Association of the First Postgraduate Arabic College of Kerala, RUA College, constituted its Qatar Chapter on 29-11-2010 at a meeting convened specially for the purpose at Bin Mahmood at 7 pm presided over by the Vice Principal of the College Dr. Musthafa Farooqui.
